It been a long time on the drawing board but Harbour Avenue, Comberton has just started on site.
This project is a complete refurbishment of the existing house doubling the size of the property. Having demolished the existing garage, we are creating on the ground floor and extended open family room and kitchen with separate utility room and new WC plus a new integral double garage. At first floor level, we will build out to the rear to create a new family bathroom and then create a new second-floor loft conversion bedroom with its own ensuite.
