Harvey Norman Architects have offices in Cambridge and St Alban's. As Cambridge architects and St Albans architects we also carry out work in the rest of Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire, as well as surrounding counties such as Essex, Buckinghamshire, Suffolk, Norfolk and Lincolnshire.

As a RIBA Chartered architecture practice we walk clients through a myriad of options helping them get the building design absolutely right. We simplify the building process by managing the complexities involved in turning building designs into a reality.
We offer a practical and broad approach with residential and commercial services in architecture, project management and interior design. We manage the whole project from start to finish although we give clients the option to be get more involved if they choose.

We are also members of the Association of Project Managers and The Green Register. As experienced construction project managers we bring an added layer of management skills to help building projects run smoothly and come together effectively. We also have a strong understanding of, and experience in, implementing sustainable building practices. We help our clients make the right decisions on things like impact on the building site and local community, and the best use of land, building materials and renewable energy technologies.
about Ian Harvey
Ian Harvey leads Harvey Norman Architects. He brings proven commercial, business and management experience that goes beyond the traditional architectural professionals boundaries. He is well versed in the requirements of speculative development and planning systems and has a strong track record in residential development. Ian is passionate about

Ian trained at the Kingston School of Architecture and is a qualified architect, project manager and urban designer. After working on residential and commercial projects for several renowned architectural design practices in London, including Cambell, Zogolovitch, Wilkinson & Gough Architects (CZWG), Ian moved to the Hertfordshire Cambridgeshire border and into the house building industry. Ian progressed to regional board level as Design Director of two national house builders including McCarthy & Stone and Bovis Homes.
Ian started Harvey Norman Architects in 2000. In 2004 he took a break from the business when his daughter was taken ill. He returned to the business in 2008 and since then it has grown mainly through referral. Harvey Norman Architects has become an established and respected residential and architectural practice.
